About the NOMS Co-financing Organisation

Projects aimed at improving employability are seen as key to changing offender's lives and reducing reoffending. Since January 2010, the NOMS European Social Fund (ESF) Co-financing programme has been working with participants who would benefit from additional employment and skills provision.

The NOMS ESF Programme aims to complement existing provision, particulary the Offender Learning and Skills Service (OLASS) in prisons as well as other existing employment and skills services.

Media

A range of posters, leaflets and other media are available from the NOMS CFO central team. Please contact the CFO Helpdesk who wil be able to advise what promotional material is available to you and arrange for delivery.

ESF and match providers, and their sub-contractors must display an ESF plaque at their main delivery location, as an EU regulatory requirement. If you require an ESF plague, please contact the CFO Helpdesk who will arrange for one to be sent to you.
